My name is Jacquelyn Jacobson and I am the proud owner of the State Farm Agency located at 354 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Commack, NY. My State Farm journey began in August of 2014 as an Agent Team Member in Queens, NY. After 5 years, I accepted a position at an agent’s office in Suffolk County, on Long Island, that led to the opportunity to open my own State Farm agency.

Earning the opportunity to represent such an amazing company, that strives to help the community and provides so much support to their agents, has truly made my dreams a reality. I am grateful to have earned this invaluable opportunity to create a stable life for family, while also helping my community manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams.
