My name is Jacquelyn Jacobson and I am the proud owner of the State Farm Agency located at 354 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Commack, NY. My State Farm journey began in August of 2014 as a team member in Queens, NY. After 5 years, I accepted a position at an agent’s office in Suffolk County, on Long Island, that led to the opportunity to open my own State Farm agency.
